1. The service
Sonix IPTV provides access to live TV, sports and on-demand content streamed over the internet, viewed through compatible third-party player apps. Channel lineups, on-demand titles and specific events change over time and aren’t guaranteed.
2. Plans, connections and trials
- Plans are sold for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months with 1 to 5 simultaneous connections, at the prices shown on the pricing page.
- A connection means one stream playing at a time. Exceeding your connection limit may interrupt playback.
- Plans are one-time purchases and don’t renew automatically.
- The 24-hour trial is free, provided at our discretion and intended as one per customer.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Placing an order reserves your plan; it isn’t paid until payment is confirmed. We activate your subscription after confirming payment, which isn’t instant.
Payments by card are processed on our payment processor’s secure page. We may decline or cancel orders where payment can’t be confirmed or where we suspect fraud.
4. Refunds
Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase, as described in our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Your account is for personal, non-commercial viewing within your household.
- Don’t share, resell or publicly display your account details or streams.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- You’re responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
6. Devices and third-party apps
You need a compatible device, a stable internet connection and a compatible player app. Player apps are made by independent developers and are governed by their own terms and fees. We’re not responsible for third-party apps, devices or internet services.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but can’t promise uninterrupted or error-free streaming. Quality depends on factors including your connection, device and the content source. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, for example by account sharing beyond your plan or abusive use. Where termination isn’t due to a breach, we’ll consider a pro-rated refund.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
