Using Sonix IPTV on Other Devices

If your device isn’t in our main guides, it may still work — but support varies. Here’s what we know, and how to check before you buy a plan.

Full guides for these devices are published only after our team has confirmed setup end-to-end. Until then, contact support or use the free trial to test.
  • Hisense (VIDAA)

VIDAA TVs have a limited player selection. Hisense TVs running Google TV follow the Android TV guide.

  • Panasonic

Panasonic TVs running Fire TV or Android TV follow those guides; other Panasonic models have very limited IPTV support.

  • Enigma2 receivers

Requires playlist conversion on the receiver. Ask support for current instructions for your image and receiver model.

  • Xbox

Some Microsoft Store IPTV players run on Xbox; performance and features vary.

  • PlayStation

PlayStation consoles don’t offer general-purpose IPTV players. Not recommended.

  • Raspberry Pi

Possible with Kodi and the PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on for experienced users.

How to check any device

  1. Search your device’s official app store for an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists.
  2. Check the player’s store listing for your device’s model and operating system version.
  3. Request a free trial and test with the player before choosing a plan.
  4. If no player is available, a streaming stick on a spare HDMI port is the simplest option.
